Bran Foundation Biscuits
The recipe for Foundation Biscuits has been evolving for decades. I’ve been using this recipe for years with great success.
4 tablespoons icing sugar
125g self raising flour, sifted
Cream butter, sugar, and egg together, add sifted flour, then fold in the bran.
Roll dough thinly and cut to desired shape and size with a biscuit cutter
Bake at 180C for 15 to 20 minutes
