Garlic Pork Ribs

 

Ingredients 

1kg pork ribs

2 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon black bean sauce

1 cup water

2 teaspoons soy

2 teaspoon grated ginger

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 teaspoons cornflour

2 tablespoons water, extra

2 teaspoon sherry

Method 

Chop ribs into serving sized pieces with a cleaver or sharp knife. Saute pieces in hot oil until cooked through.

Combine soy sauce, ginger, black bean sauce, and garlic. Pour mixture over pork. Combine cornflour and extra water and add to pan. Mix to thicken.

Serve with rice or as part of a banquet.
