Sultana and Walnut Loaf

 

Ingredients

4 vita brits, crushed

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon butter, melted

½ cup brown sugar

1 cup wholemeal self raising flour

1 tablespoon golden syrup

1 cup dried sultanas

½ cup walnuts

 

Method

Mix all ingredients, except flour, together and stir to combine.

 

Bake 190C for 50 to 60 minutes. Test with a skewer. If skewer come out clean, loaf is done.
